      Contraindications to Infrared Supine Sauna:

      As you can see, the segment of the infrared spectrum emitted by the infrared sauna is reputed to offer an astounding range of possible therapeutic benefits and effects in research conducted around the world.       If you have a recent (acute) joint injury, it should not be heated for the first 48 hours after an injury or until the hot and swollen symptoms subside. If you have a joint or joints that are chronically hot and swollen, these joints may respond poorly to vigorous heating of any kind.

      Vigorous heating is strictly contraindicated in cases of enclosed infections be they dental, in joints or in any other tissues. If you are pregnant or suspect you may be, discontinue your sauna use.

      Metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared rays and thus are not heated by this system; nevertheless you should consult your surgeon prior to using infrared thermal system.

      Silicone does absorb infrared energy. Implanted silicone or silicone prostheses for nose or ear replacement may be warmed by the infrared rays. Since silicone melts at over 200 degrees, it should not be adversely affected by the usage of infrared thermal system. It is still advised that you check with your surgeon and possibly a representative from the product manufacture to be certain.

      Heating of the low back area of women during the menstrual period may temporarily increase their menstrual flow. Once a woman is aware that this may occur, she can choose to allow herself to possibly experience this short term effect without worry or to simply avoid infrared thermal system usage at that time of her cycle.

      Hemophiliacs and anyone predisposed to hemorrhage should avoid infrared thermal system usage or any type of heating that would induce vasodilatation, which can potentate the tendency to bleed.

      INFRARED SUPINE SAUNA: WARRANTY

      Consumers have legal rights in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Act concerning consumer goods and this limited warranty does not restrict these rights. The new equipment that you have bought carries a manufacturer’s limited warranty granted by WELLNESS EQUIPMENT INC. (WEI) This limited warranty covers manufacturing flaws that occur and labor that is required during the warranty period. WEI will, at its discretion, either repair, rebuild or replace the faulty part or equipment in accordance with the terms set forth below.

      WARRANTY TERMS
      This owner’s limited warranty is only valid, if the item is used in an environment approved by WEI for that particular equipment. WEI distinguishes three operating environments:

      1. Home. Only members of the family for whom the equipment is purchased use the equipment.
      2. Light Commercial. The equipment is used by a limited user group, the manner and environment of usage is similar to home or controlled testing use, for example in schools, hotels, housing organizations, companies, etc.
      3. Commercial Fitness Center. The equipment is accessible without limitations by exercisers in a commercial fitness center. The usage does not have to be controlled. This owner’s limited warranty applies to all the WEI products, including the series products in the home. This warranty covers the materials and parts needed to repair, rebuild or replace the equipment, at
      WEI’s option, for a period of one (1) year and the cost of labor needed to repair, rebuild or repair the equipment for a period of one (1) year. The warranty period commences from the date on which the original buyer purchases the equipment; warranty repairs will not extend the warranty period.

      This owner’s warranty only covers the following:
      a. Flaws caused by materials or labor in the equipment that existed when the equipment was originally assembled.

      b. Faults resulting from natural wear and tear, use in conditions for which the equipment is not intended, corrosion, or damage incurred during loading or shipping not provided by WEI, or by accident, fire, flood, war or acts of God.
      c. Maintenance activities, such as cleaning, lubricating or normal checking of parts; or installation procedures that customers can do themselves and that do not require dismantling/reassembling the equipment.
      d. Damage or equipment failure caused by
      (i) electrical wiring not in compliance with applicable electrical codes,
      (ii) Electrical wiring not in compliance with the owner’s manual or
      (iii) Electrical wiring that has not been maintained as outlined in the owner’s manual.
      e. Repairs performed by someone other than an authorized WEI representative.
      f. Repairs due to limitations or corrections in the equipment’s software.
      g. Repairs to consumable or cosmetic items, e.g., grips, seals, labels or wheels.
      h. Repairs performed on equipment missing a serial number or with a serial tag that has been altered or removed.
      i. Service calls to correct installation of the equipment or instruct owners on how to use the equipment.
      j. Pick-up, delivery, or freight charges involved with repairs.

      Despite continuous quality control, faults or operating errors in equipment may result from individual components. Delivering the complete piece of equipment for repair is often unnecessary, because the flaw can usually be fixed by replacing just the faulty part.       We will provide you with warranty registration upon receiving your order.

      Order Confirmation:

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Typical lead time is 2-3 business days for handling, and 3-5 business days shipping time. Some of our products are made to order which can require 3-5 weeks production time before shipping. If your product ships via freight you can expect approximately 5-10 business days transit time. If you have a question about a specific item or have a deadline to meet, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

      If you have an order that requires freight service to a residential zone, there may be an additional cost associated with that service, but we will contact you for authorization before proceeding as such.

      Order Shipment:

      If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. However, some of our products are "made to order" and require some assembly time before shipping.       We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@superbmassagetables.com

      Damages:

      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you MUST MAKE A NOTE OF IT WHEN SIGNING FOR DELIVERY.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@superbmassagetables.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

      Our freight companies are very professional and reliable. So long as the damage is noted on the delivery slip, the insurance claim will cover the cost of repair or replacing your product.

      If in the rare instance that your product is received with manufacturer's defect we will arrange to repair or replace the product.

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

      If the item your order contains a custom built or made to order item, and you cancel before it ships, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

      If you've received the item and should decide to return it, you must meet each of the following requirements

      1. The product must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
      2. You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
      3. You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

      If all three requirements are not met than the product will come directly back to you and no refund will be awarded. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners:

      1. You may receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (less our actual cost for shipping, handling and manufacturer restocking fees) as a store credit, OR
      2. You may get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid LESS a 20% restocking fee (which may sometimes be avoided) and our actual cost for shipping and handling.

      In any case, you are responsible for the entire shipping cost to return the product.

      If you the buyer, refuse delivery, or the package is deemed undeliverable after a reasonable amount of attempts and notifications, and is returned to it's original sender, then you will be charged for the actual shipping/handling cost, and may be subject to 20% restocking fee. You may either pay to have it re-shipped, or you may request a refund minus our actual cost of shipping and handling and the 20% restocking fee.

It is preferable that you make any inquiries about the warranty directly to your Superb Massage Tables. 

         

        We will provide you with warranty registration upon receiving your order.

        Order Confirmation:

        As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

        Typical lead time is 2-3 business days for handling, and 3-5 business days shipping time. Some of our products are made to order which can require 3-5 weeks production time before shipping. If your product ships via freight you can expect approximately 5-10 business days transit time. If you have a question about a specific item or have a deadline to meet, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

        If you have an order that requires freight service to a residential zone, there may be an additional cost associated with that service, but we will contact you for authorization before proceeding as such.

        Order Shipment:

        If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. However, some of our products are "made to order" and require some assembly time before shipping.         We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@superbmassagetables.com

        Damages:

        Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you MUST MAKE A NOTE OF IT WHEN SIGNING FOR DELIVERY.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@superbmassagetables.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

        Our freight companies are very professional and reliable. So long as the damage is noted on the delivery slip, the insurance claim will cover the cost of repair or replacing your product.

        If in the rare instance that your product is received with manufacturer's defect we will arrange to repair or replace the product.

        Cancellations & Refunds:

        All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

        If the item your order contains a custom built or made to order item, and you cancel before it ships, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

        If you've received the item and should decide to return it, you must meet each of the following requirements

        1. The product must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
        2. You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
        3. You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

        If all three requirements are not met than the product will come directly back to you and no refund will be awarded. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners:

        1. You may receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (less our actual cost for shipping, handling and manufacturer restocking fees) as a store credit, OR
        2. You may get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid LESS a 20% restocking fee (which may sometimes be avoided) and our actual cost for shipping and handling.

        In any case, you are responsible for the entire shipping cost to return the product.

        If you the buyer, refuse delivery, or the package is deemed undeliverable after a reasonable amount of attempts and notifications, and is returned to it's original sender, then you will be charged for the actual shipping/handling cost, and may be subject to 20% restocking fee. You may either pay to have it re-shipped, or you may request a refund minus our actual cost of shipping and handling and the 20% restocking fee.

        We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

        To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

        Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

        • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
        • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
        • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
        • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
        • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
        • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
