As a customer of Superb Massage Tables, you may return any Richway products for a refund. The return can be for any reason, or no reason at all. To set up a return, please contact us and we will provide return authorization and instructions. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but in the vast majority of cases we are able to process a full refund. Funds are applied to the same account used to make the purchase.

We do ask that our customers cover the return shipping costs, except in special circumstances. Restocking fees are rare, but may be applicable if the items are returned in poor condition, or missing accessories.
